Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop, via eBay, via other means of distance communication, or on-site between Motorrad Joo GmbH & Co. KG and our customers.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded only upon our acceptance.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Euro.
Unless otherwise stated, these are final prices.
Payment is made via the selected payment method:
- Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment upon collection
The available payment methods will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
For self-collection, handover takes place by appointment.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Condition of Goods
For used parts and vehicles:
These are sold in their current condition. Traces of use, wear, and age-related defects are possible.
All items are described to the best of our knowledge and belief.
8. Warranty
For consumers, the statutory warranty rights apply.
For used goods, the warranty period is shortened to one year.
For businesses, the warranty is excluded.
When selling vehicles, the warranty may be excluded if this is individually agreed upon in the purchase contract.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Note:
For contracts concluded on-site (e.g., when purchasing vehicles), there is no right of withdrawal.
11. Shipping Damage
Obvious shipping damages must be reported immediately to the delivery person and promptly notified to us.
12. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
13. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of our company.
